I am outside of greece, how do you send my order?

We usually send via ELTA, the greek post. Bigger and more heavy and sensitive products, we send sometimes via other transport companies, DHL for example.

I am outside of greece, how much do I pay for the transport?

It depends of the product weight, volume and sensitivity. The fee starts with 1,50 EUR for a greeting card, if you are inside europe. Usually you can find the transport fee in your shopping cart.

I am outside of greece, how much time takes the shipping and delivery?

Upon receipt of full payment, your order will be shipped. Packages are generally dispatched within 2-5 business days after receipt of payment, if the product is in stock. Products which are not in stock may take longer. Those products are labelled at the shop as “not in stock“, “not available“, “on backorder” or “custom made“.

I order from outside of europe. Do I have to pay extra tax?

In very rare instances additional domestic charges may apply for which the recipient may be liable. Import duties, customs fees and local sales taxes may be charged to you by the destination country’s authorities, depending upon the laws and regulations of that country. Ancient Premium Products is not responsible for custom duty charges. Payment of these fees and taxes may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

For orders of 90€ and more within greece we offer free shipping! If you order only greeting cards we offer you free shipping, if you order 6 or more cards!

Can I pick up my order from anywhere in Athens, so that I save the shipping fee?

Yes, that should be possible. Specially if you order big ceramics. Please just leave us a message in order to arrange it. Maybe you can pick it up from our warehouse.

My order is very urgent, I don’t have any time to wait for it.

Please contact us before ordering. Additional shipping fees may apply. But we will try our best to be on time, fulfil your request.

Does my package get a tracking number?

In order to avoid high shipping costs for our customers, most shipments do not include a tracking number. Althrough some products get a tracking number, for example the custom made ceramics.

How do you pack the posters and premium prints?

All prints are sent in protective cardboard envelopes with polybag protection, or inside a protective cardboard tube.

Can I return my order?

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase..In the unlikely event that the product you have purchased is faulty or is different to its description and each image, you are more than welcome to return it within 14 days of receipt of the purchase. Please email us at info@ancient-gallery.com as soon as you receive your order to let us know if you need something to be changed.
Ancient Premium Products will then offer you either a full refund or a store credit to the same value as the price of the product. Payments will be made by Ancient Premium Products via Paypal or a Credit Card gateway. The product needs to be posted back to us in perfect condition and original packaging. The associated shipping costs will not be refunded. If you purchase a product, which is a custom-made order, Ancient Premium Products will not accept returns or a change of mind.

How do I cancel my order?

Please submit any cancellation via e-mail to info@ancient-gallery.com. E-mail cancellations must contain the following:
• First name
• Last name
• Order number
• e-mail address

The above information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions regarding your order cancellation.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping.

I like your ceramic XY but that color does not fit into my interior. Can I get it in another color?

Yes, we can produce it exclusively for you and suggest you a few glazes according to your wishes so that you can choose. Please just send us a message with your wishes and ideas and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Can I get the ceramic XY in another size?

Yes, in general we can produce it exclusively for you. Of course there are some restrictions and bigger ceramics might become more expensive. Please just send us a message with your wishes and ideas and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible to discuss details.

I like your fine art print XY / poster XY but that one does not fit into my frame. Can I get it in another format?

Yes, in general we can produce it exclusively for you. But there are some restrictions and not every format is possible to get printed. Please just send us a message with your wishes and ideas and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible to discuss details.
